Stand on the plate with feet as far apart as needed for the desired intensity. Wider apart increases vibration height and intensity. This is a slightly more intense version of calf raises.
- Hold on handles for balance, but do not grip tightly or use arms for leverage.
- Place just the front portion, or balls of the feet on the edge of the platform and lower the heels as far as they will go slightly below the height of the vibration plate.
- Bend and lift one leg.
- With the other leg, slowly raise the heel up onto tiptoes, then slowly lower until the heel is below the level of the plate.
- Repeat 5 times, then switch legs and repeat 5 times on the other leg.
