Shipping and Warranty
Usually shipping can be initiated within 48 hours of the purchase. On the day the boxes are to be picked up by Fedex, a shipping email will be sent by email to the customer with the Fedex ground tracking number.
Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days by Fedex Ground. See map here.
The machine comes in two separate boxes, and some easy assembly is required. Instructions and tools are included in the box.

Save your boxes for 30 days! If within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, you are not entirely satisfied, we’ll buy it back.
If that happens, contact us here, at 801-901-1117 or [email protected]. We will speak to you about your experience with the machine, and ask you to speak with our consulting doctor to assure that you have used the equipment correctly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it without scratches, dents or evidence of misuse, and returned in the original packaging.
We will send you a Fedex shipping tag via email that must be printed and used for the return. You are responsible to contact Fedex to arrange for pickup. The return shipping will be directly charged to LifetimeVibe.
Once we receive the machine, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Lifetime Warranty: Frame and Motor
The LifetimeVibe frame and motor are warranted from defects for as long as you own your machine. No need to save a receipt–we can find you by the serial number on the machine.
Three Year Warranty: Everything
Your LifetimeVibe is guaranteed to work for 3 years. If anything breaks or quits working, we’ll repair or replace it without cost.
The serial number is on the American Flag sticker at the bottom of the column near the vibration plate.
