The LifetimeVibe Whole-body Vibration machine can be shipped anywhere in the United States and Canada. 


The customer is responsible to pay for the cost of shipping when the machine is shipped out of the state of Utah.  If shipping is included in the total price, then an additional discount will be applied on the invoice to account for the labelled shipping cost.


Once the purchase is made, the shipping request will be submitted.  Usually the shipping can be initiated within 48 hours of the purchase.On the day the boxes are to be picked up by Fedex, a shipping email will be sent by email to the customer with the Fedex tracking number.


LifetimeVibe uses Fedex ground for the shipping of the boxes.  Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days.


The machine comes in two separate boxes, and some easy assembly is required.  Instructions and tools are included in the box.



Limited Time Return Policy - March 2020


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You must contact us at 801-901-1117 to inform us of your intent to return the item. We will speak to you about your experience with the machine, and ask you to speak with our consulting doctor to assure that you have used the equipment correctly.


You have 21 calendar days to return the LifetimeVibe from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it without scratches, dents or evidence of misuse


Your item must be returned in the original packaging. (2 boxes with specially designed foam packaging)


We will send you a Fedex shipping tag via email that must be printed and used for the return. You are responsible to contact Fedex to arrange for pickup. The return shipping will be directly charged to LifetimeVibe.





Once we receive the machine at our assembly facility, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Return Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.


If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
