Amplitude relates to the lows and highs of the vibration platform. If your feet are placed in the center of the platform you will be exercising at a lower amplitude than if your feet are placed on the outer edge of the plate. The displacement on the outer edge of the platform is 10mm. Greater and quicker results are experienced when your feet are on the outer edge of the platform, however, this may be to aggressive for some bodies. Start in the center of the platform and work your way to the outer edge at you own pace.
